Athram Studios is an incorporated software development company. We design, build, and maintain web and iOS applications. This website (the “Site”) is the official point of reference for our company and the products we release.

This policy applies to the Site and, unless an application provides its own privacy policy, to the web and iOS applications we publish (together, the “Services”). Where an individual application collects data beyond what is described here, that application will present its own privacy disclosures, which apply in addition to this policy.

We keep collection to the minimum needed to operate the Services:

• Information you provide. When you contact us — for support, feedback, or a general inquiry — we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
• Application data. Data you create inside one of our applications (for example, content you enter or settings you choose) is stored so the application can function. We collect only what the feature requires.
• Technical and log data. Our hosting infrastructure automatically records standard technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, and request timestamps. We use this for security, debugging, and keeping the Services reliable.

The Site itself does not use advertising trackers, and we do not collect personal information to sell it.

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our applications.
• To respond to your support requests, questions, and feedback.
• To monitor for abuse, protect security, and debug problems.
• To comply with legal obligations that apply to us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to run the Services — for example, cloud hosting and managed database services. These providers process data on our behalf, only as needed to provide their service to us, and are bound by their own contractual and security obligations. We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purposes described above. Support correspondence is retained while an issue is open and for a reasonable period afterward. Application data is retained while your use of the application continues, and deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to remove it.

We protect data using modern security practices, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable managed infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat the safety of your data as a core engineering requirement and review our practices as our products evolve.

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, local law may grant you additional rights. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address below — we will respond promptly and will never charge you for a reasonable request.

Our Services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

When our practices change, we will update this policy and revise the effective date at the top of this page. Meaningful changes will be noted prominently on the Site.
